Staff are kind and helpful, especially those who manage the function halls. Food is also good, but they tend to be very sweet for me. Rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable sleep. Location is really strategic and very near to school supplies place (helpful if you're doing a conference) and the night market. Convenience stores and fast food chain are also nearby and walking distance.

PLEASE, do not stay at this 1 star hotel!! I’m not sure how they rate it at two star hotel. We asked for two beds. They gave us four twin beds and we had to push them together which didn’t work very well. Kids running and screaming in the hallway at 6:00am!! The second issue we had is the TV didn’t work. The third issue was that the phone in our room didn’t work. The fourth was the remote for the air conditioning was unreadable!!! Nobody seem to care that nothing works in this hotel. The included breakfast was absolutely terrible, cold runny eggs, cold chicken Ticino and one tiny cup of coffee (refills are extra)!!!! The wifi is TERRIBLE TOO!!I NEVER write reviews but I had to with this hotel, just hoping to not have anyone else make the same mistake we did!!! The old saying is true with this hotel….. “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!”

Wasn't able to check-in but use one of their function rooms for my seminar. Very accesible to anything. Love it.

Hope there is another option of rice like mais. I know it sounds weird but mostly older people during seminars held in your hotel preferred mais than rice grains. Hope you consider this request.

We had a comfortable sleep in the hotel... The staffs, specially the front desk are very friendly and approachable... I left my important documents, but they care to find it and didn't ignore me although we've checked out already.

Place is neat and tidy. It has good rooms at a very affordable price. Food is somehow not good though. Their fish menu has bones. It looks like a fillet but it is not. The sound systems in conference rooms are disturbing. Always buzzing with no technical personnel to quickly fixed it. But the hotel is strategically located near street markets with cheap RTWs around (ukay-ukay). Banks and malls ate just walking distance. Street foods are just outside too.
